On July 31st, 2024, MADE Student Athletics’ Wednesday Workout is a series of supersets demonstrated by Coach Lewis! These four supersets were curated to help you increase your strength and power. Make sure to be safe and take precautions when using gym equipment. If you’re looking for workout ideas, give these a try!

Full Workout Details


Superset 1: BB Deadlifts (Heavy x 6 Reps) + Jumping Lunges with DB (Light x 12 reps)

Superset 2: DB Chest Press (Heavy x 6 reps) + Clap Pushups (BW x 12 reps)

Superset 3: Side Lunge to OH DB Press (Heavy x 6 reps) + DB Cleans (Light to Medium x 12 reps)

Superset 4: Side Lunge to OH DB Press (Heavy x 6 reps) + DB Cleans (Light to Medium x 12 reps)

Superset 5: BB Good Mornings (Heavy x 6 reps) + Donkey Kicks (BW x 12 reps)
