Senior Sunday

Senior Sunday is a 1-Hour Total Body exercise class designed specifically to help Seniors continue to feel great and stay active! Led by Sport Performance Coach Leon Jones, this class will show participants ways to keep their exercise regiment fun and effective. The event takes place Sunday, March 17th 12pm to 1pm.
