  1. Double DB Snatch – 3 sets x 8 reps
  2. Pull Ups – 3 sets x 8 reps Superset with MB Slams 3 sets x 10 reps
  3. Back Squats – 3 sets x 8 reps Superset with Jumping DB Lunges 3 sets x 10 reps
  4. Barbell Curls – 3 sets x 8 reps Superset with Kneeling MB Back Throws
